WILDFIRE

Burning like a wildfire
Raging winds behind you
Dancing with your sparks
We will ride together

You will torch their rotting forests and move through their pale crops in pirouettes.

Blazing spirals of burning death.

You will watch the emerald green seep from their lands luscious skin as we sweep them towards the craggy cliffs.

Lapping at the heels of their snake filled churches, I shall cast their door open and watch you brand their wooden arms with the pain they once inflicted.

Together we shall call a blackness on their skies and roar against their blood stained windows.

I shall carry you down into their hollow lungs and choke their screams into a crackling whimper.

You will claim all that is yours
For you are always within them
Waiting to be released

Then we shall sing together
An endless rhythmic conversation
Romance and exaltation
Until the light begins to fade

As your eyes darken
Billowed off in broken dreams
I shall mingle with your memory
Wishing wanderer to stars

I will always be beside you
Shimmer seeking light
A fuel to find and guide you
Glimmer seeking night
